Where’s My Pandit has screened, tried & tested over 2000 Pandits since its inception and has shortlisted the best ones as per their proficiency, qualification and experience. Having an exclusive tie-up with the Sampurnanad Sanskrit Vishwa Vidyalay, Varanasi and its affiliate colleges our Panditji actually possess a degree in Vedic Studies i.e. either “Acharya” or “Shashtri” and they explain the Yajmaan the importance and significance of the Puja they’re performing. The Panditji are also customized as per the caste and language specifications of the client and they conduct the Puja according to the client’s religious rituals and methodology.

The ‘Organize a Puja’ segment by Where’s My Pandit provides puja-centric services with one sole intention of creating a hassle-free experience for the yajmaan. While organizing a Puja, we take care of everything viz., Panditji, Samagris, Venue, Decoration, Catering, Event Management, etc. required by the client for conducting the Puja.

The ‘Organize a Puja’ segment by Where’s My Pandit provides puja-centric services with one sole intention of creating a hassle-free experience for the yajmaan. While organizing a Puja, we take care of everything viz., Panditji, Samagris, Venue, Decoration, Catering, Event Management, etc. required by the client for conducting the Puja.

Please fill the form in “Book a Pandit” tab and with 36 hours one of our team members will get in touch with you over the call to note down your Panditji requirements in terms of caste, language, Puja location, etc. As per the specifications, you will be suggested an appropriate Panditji for conducting your Puja. Once confirmed, your Panditji will be booked and you will get an email confirmation for the same. The Panditji will reach the Puja destination 30 minutes prior to the mentioned Puja timings.

Visit our Contact tab, fill the form over there and mention your query in the ‘Comments’ section. Trust us; we will revert within 24 hours.

Just Login to your account from the “My Account” tab and go to the section of ‘Account Information’ wherein you will get a checkbox to change your password. Just checking it, you will be able to set a new password for your account.

Once you login into the “My Account” section you get options to edit your account information in the ‘Account dashboard’ and ‘Account Information’.

When you try to login into your account, you get a link saying ‘Forgot your password?’ Click on it and you will get an option to enter your email address. Follow the process and you will receive an email with a link to reset a new password for your account.

In the “My Account” tab there’s a section to “Create An Account”

It’s not necessary but it’s recommended to register with the site for a smooth operational xperience. Registering with the site will help you check the status of your orders, edit your account information, create a wishlist of products/services you love, proceed through checkout faster, review and comment on blogs/products.

Yes, it is completely safe to order online. Paytm is our payment gateway and it’s an extremely secure process and your bank account’s details aren’t accessible to any of our team members or any third party. Moreover, the details are not even saved on our server for additional security measures.

There are 2 options available for making the payment. You can either pay online through our extremely secure payment gateway by Paytm or you can avail an option of ‘Cash on delivery’ wherein you can pay once the product/service is delivered to you.

Yes, you can use the cards for making the payment. The banks and cards which can be used are mentioned at our payment gateway.

CVV no. or CV2 code is a 3 digit number mentioned at the back of your card. This is meant for security purpose. The 3D security code is like a password for online transactions through Credit/Debit cards. You can check you bank's site for details. This is specially designed for the safe transaction.

Once you have placed the order, you will receive a confirmation via the email with your order details and your order will be shipped to you within 7 working days.

Yes, you can get it replaced. Just note that we follow a 30-day return policy.

If you have to pay any shipping/delivery charges you will be informed prior to placing your order. Once your order is placed and confirmed, you are not supposed to pay any additional charges apart from the billed amount.

Yes, once we have received your order you get an email order confirmation and later on once it been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your order and the details of your shipment.

In the “My Account” tab, there’s a section named ‘My Orders’ wherein you can check the status of your order.

If you have not received your order within 7 working days since you have placed the order,please fill the form in ‘Contact Us’ and mention your order no. along with your query in the comments section and post that we will do the needful.

Our Courier partner is ‘Aramax’ and it being a trusted and known courier service for ecommerce companies we prefer to sick with Aramax for all our deliveries.

If you receive a shipping confirmation, that means we deliver at your place. Also, you can mail us your address and we will revert if the delivery is possible.

Yes, we do. There are extra shipping/courier charges for international deliveries apart from the mentioned cost on the website.
